Which end you put the chimney pipe would depend on the type and brand of stove. For box stoves, it's safe to generalize that the pipe goes at the opposite end from the door and air vent. For cylinder stoves, that could depend on the brand, and whether there's an internal baffle in the stove body. Cylinder stoves from Kifaru, Ti-Goat and some others don't have an internal baffle, so it's again safe to generalize that the pipe goes at the opposite end from the door/air vent. If you have a LiteOutdoors cylinder stove, it will depend on whether you're using it with or without the optional internal baffle. If LiteOutdoors is the brand involved, you should watch their videos on the website (
www.liteoutdoors.com) for a discussion of the pros and cons of putting the pipe at the same end as the door/air vents or in the traditional way at the opposite end.
